Robby White is an architect by training, serial entrepreneur, and founder of The Nine, an Inc. 5000 digital agency. With a passion for building redemptive businesses that create real impact, he’s now focused on launching ventures that restore dignity and opportunity for individuals overcoming homelessness, addiction, and incarceration.

Experienced delivery leader with over 14 years in technology client services, program management, and business development. Passion for equipping teams to solve complex challenges by building strong relationships that accelerate successful outcomes aligned with organizational mission and purpose.

Brent brings over 20 years of senior leadership across military and Fortune 500 environments. A U.S. service academy graduate and retired Air Force Colonel, he led organizations of 160+ personnel and executed complex global operations under pressure. In the private sector, he served as a Director, driving operational strategy, supplier relationships, and cross-functional execution. He also serves on boards, offering governance and mission-focused leadership that will be key to scaling SproutWorks’ impact.

Felix Sanchez is living proof of what transformation through community looks like. A graduate of CityTeam's recovery program, Felix now serves as a facilities leader at Bridgetown Church and walks alongside others on their journey from brokenness to purpose. His story embodies the heart of SproutWorks — that redemptive work and genuine belonging can restore what was lost. Felix brings firsthand understanding of the path our participants walk, and his presence on our team ensures that everything we build stays rooted in the real work of restoration.

Abe is a writer, editor, teacher and speaker. He currently works as the director of Charis Counseling Associates, an organization working alongside those with mental health issues.

Gabe is a deacon over justice and mercy at Bridgetown Church. He is a previous pastor and now works in spiritual direction and counseling to help those coming out of homelessness.

Matt is the executive director of Union Gospel Mission in Portland.

Lance Orton is the Executive Director of CityTeam Portland, leading programs that help people overcome homelessness, addition, and poverty. In long-term recovery himself, he combines lived experience with professional leadership to expand outreach, shelter, recovery, workforce development, and housing in Portland’s Old Town. He also serves on the boards of Central Eastside Together, Old Town Community Association, and Shelter Portland, advancing regional solutions through strong community partnerships.
